They say there are two types of happiness. One is the kind of happiness that you only realize after the moment passes. The other is a happiness you feel at the very moment.

Review:
So this drama did come out awhile back and it has also been awhile since I have watched the drama... However, I do recall most of it. I think that this drama was quite futuristic in terms of trying to reunite North and South Korea. (peacefully) There is a great contrast between what is seen in the South Korean Miss Korea candidates and the North Korean factory workers. As it is portrayed throughout the series, the North Koreans are shown as very hostile and immediate to orders. The only thing that is on their mind is well, work. I think this gave a greater insight to what life could possibly be like in North Korea. (though this might not be the best portrayal of it) This drama was quite enjoyable as it showed how many of the North Koreans were beautiful after much touch ups. There was a sense of overcoming oneself and resisting outside pressures. In all, the drama gave a good portrayal and insight and the overall production was amazing.

Appreciation Post:

In light of GOT7's upcomming comeback, this post is to commemorate their success over the past years. They had debuted in January 2014, where there were major competitons, such as Winner from YG. Despite all the competitions, GOT7 hasn't failed to shine through. When mentioned the name 'GOT7,' most people mention the name 'Jackson.' Jackson is the rapper of the group and also the moodmaker. As seen in many variety shows, Jackson never fails to dissapoint! More than this, I want to illuminate their successful mini drama called 'Dream Knight.'

Dream Knight:

Director: Park Byung- Hwan
Writers:
Kim Eun Young, Kim Hee Ran, Shin Hye Mi, Ahn Suk Chan, Won Young Shil
Episodes: 12
Network: Tudou, Naver TV Cast
Cast: (Members of GOT7) + featuring
  • Song Ha Yoon as Joon In Hyung (main)
  • JB (main)
  • Mark
  • Jackson
  • Jr. (Junior)- main
  • BamBam
  • Youngjae
  • Yugyeom

Review:
This drama has been one of my all time favorites. You should definitely watch if youre in the mood for crying. I know, it’s quite embarassing to cry over a drama, but her dilemmas were too burdensome to watch. As Joon In Hyung was suffering from bullies in school, it was amazing to see these boys (GOT7) stand up for her everytime she needed it. At times, it may be annoying, but they were the main reason to her success later on. I thought that this drama was really cute, but at the same time it gave me that feeling of wanting something like that in my life. The overall storyline of the drama, with the dolls coming to life, may seem a bit weird at first, but after awhile it comes naturally as something different and interesting. In few frames, it may be a bit confusing to what is happening, but everything is resolved by the end (don’t worry.) This drama touches really well on determination, frienship, regret, and love.
The bads:
To be honest, I don't think there was anything major that needs to be pointed out. I fairly liked this drama and everything was tied together really well.

Thoughts:
First off, this was one of my first Korean dramas that got me "hyped" for more. I honestly loved the cast: Taecyeon, Suzy, IU, Kim Soo Hyun, and Ham Eun-Jung WHAT MORE CAN YOU ASK FOR? This is more of an appreciation post to thank the writer and director for bringing such a great drama into this world. I think I enjoyed this drama even more because of the amount of Kpop idols that were involved. The amount of singing that happened throughout the show was amazing, even though I seriously hated some of the characters. However, by the end, I was able to relate and understand their spite and hatred. Can I also mention the love line in this drama? ((I was kind of disappointed on who she picked--not spoiling, but....--)) I really did enjoy this drama due to the intensity that was brought throughout the drama.
The bads:
I think that there wasn't really a 'bad' in this drama, but I really wanted Hye-Mi to pick another guy, so I was agitated by Song Sam-Dong. (this is kind of biased...) Other than the love line, I really like this drama and there isn't much for a public viewer to criticize.
