IKON WYD AKA WYA

So, not too long ago I did post about iKON's upcoming comeback. Today is the day !!! iKON has come back with a groovy ballad-y type of song. This song reminded me of Big Bang's "Let's Not Fall in Love." Personally, I really enjoyed that song so I have no complaints with this. THIS IS FINALLY DONGHYUK'S TIME TO SHINE. I really enjoyed how he had more screen time as well as verses. However, the two shining characters would definitely be B.I. as well as Bobby. ((I once again have no complaints...)) Please show these rookies some love !! The video will be posted down below ! (I'm really not overreacting, seriously........... but I really think this song would only fit iKON so I'm happy)

HEY GUYS so thank you for understanding that I wasn't really able to post that much this time around mainly because I am quite busy nowadays, but heres an update on everything : 

KPOP: 
Tiffany won her first solo award for "I Just Wanna Dance" 

AKMU isn't doing favorably popular as we would have expected, but the two are doing well with different hairstyles! 

YG has declared that there will be a new girl group with many undecided members.


Miss A Jia has decided to terminate her contract with JYP while Miss A Fei is going to continue with JYP as well as following members. They will be working on solo promotions and individual work. 


2NE1 Minzy has decided to terminate her contract with YGE and has moved to MusicWork Entertainment where Baek Ji-Young is. 


There is talk that 2NE1 will be having a summer comeback.

EXO has been said to have a comeback in the summer as well. 

SMTM 5 has been released (raw--without English subtitles) auditionees include CJamm, One, Reddy,  g2, BeWhy and much more. There are once again, many idol rappers that would include JinJin from Astro and Jeunguk from 24k. 

AOA has comeback with a lifeguard theme this time around. However, their MV was taken down due to a Japanese brand being shown. It was later reuploaded.

So I do know that I am not posting a lot lately, but once again, I was mainly focused on studying for my AP Human Geography test (please let me get a 4 pleaseee.) So I am sorry for not being able to post drama reviews or post at all. 1) AKMU 
So first I would like to apologize for saying that AKMU would comeback this month, but posters have been released that they will be coming back on May 4th. ((However, there is always that chance that they won't and it might be pushed back...)) --> look here 2 

PLEASE DO NOTE THAT THESE ARE CONTROVERSIES THAT HAVE BEEN SPROUTED AND THIS IS ONLY AN OPINION ON THE MATTER.... WE AGREE TO DISAGREE. 

2) TWICE 

So, TWICE has recently comeback - ""competing"" against Lovelyz. I personally am a TWICE fan ever since Sixteen, but I'm not saying that I'm not a fan of Lovelyz. However, I find that there has been too many controversies that have been surrounding TWICE. Even after TWICE has released their album cover and song, many fans of other groups were quick to swarm and bash TWICE. I find that quite unresonable to nitpick at every little thing.

- First, there was a controversy that TWICE was copying Girl's Generation's cheerleading theme. 

I feel like this is really safe to say, but many other groups have done the same concept. Not to mention, AOA, APink and considerably GFriend. Yes, Girls Generation is a "sunbae" of these other groups, but why weren't there any bashing on other groups?? Also, if you had watched the MV (which will be linked below) the MV isn't pertained to only the cheerleading concept, but in fact creates a more dimensional image. 

- Second, TWICE's album cover had paper art in which it was a ripped paper and it showed the member's faces. There was this conversy that mentioned that TWICE was copying Block B. However, many other singers have also done this on their album covers and yet they were also not bashed. In fact, many pictorial magazines have done this. uhm....

(these are purely based on my opinions and you definitely can object to them)

3) SULLI 

So, ever since Sulli has left f(x) there has definitely been rumors of Krystal leaving as she is following her sister, Jessica Jung's footsteps. I personally believe that ever since Sulli has left, the chances of f(x) breaking up is greater than what I have expected. (this is just a possibility not a stated fact) I wouldn't think that f(x) would go as a trio, but there is always a possibility that they might add a member. (remember this is only if Krystal does leave) BUT about Sulli, there has been quite the controversy because of Choiza (from DynamicDuo.) After posting some "19+ pictures" on Instagram, netizens are quite riled up. Personally, there are other people who wear more revealing clothing, but at the same time I feel like Sulli does it too excessively on her SNS. Yes, she is showing her love towards her boyfriend, but many people have found it excessive and well, disturbing. This is something that's quite different from American culture where possibly anything can happen, but it won't become such a controversy.  It's not that I'm against her relationship with Choiza, but isn't the age gap a bit too big. BUT once again, this is her life and not ours. ALSO, a lot of people are asking SM to drop Sulli or don't renew the contract with her. There was a speculation (I'm not sure if it's true) that Sulli will be doing a bed scene with Kim Soo Hyun. Thus, this created a huge controversy and many neitzens have said that this suits her the best....

So today, April 19, both LeeHi and ZE:A J released their comeback song.
Leehi's MV features One (from OnePunch) who is a new labelmate of YG. Her song is another cutesy pale video that conveys feelings. The song is quite different from most of her ballad songs, but this song is quite similar to "Hold my hand." This song is the title track to the second half of her album. Please check out her songs which will be linked down below!

For ZE:A's comeback song, this song is in Japanese. However, though there isn't as much promo to this song, the MV that is tagged along to the song is interested. Though it may seem like a hassle to listen to a 5 minutes song, but it's quite worth it. This song is a mix of a club type of song and a song that is comfortable. (in this way, I mean that the song is something that isn't quite EDM, but it's not a ballad either) disclaimer: the video may not be quite age appropriate for children under 13 LOL , but the skinship is off the charts in this video. DAY6 Comeback

((sorry for not posting drama reviews, but I won't be doing so for awhile because I am starting new dramas !!)) anyways....

DAY6 has made their comeback with Letting Go. As mentioned in previous posts, this is DAY6's first song without Joonhyuk. To clear things up, DAY6 is not going to change it's name to DAY5 due to the loss a member... Joonhyuk will always be in our hearts for his talents!! 
Also, this time around, DAY6 will be promoting on music shows and appeal to the public in known fashions!! 

April Everything

So recently, there has been a release that Eunji (Apink) will be coming back with a solo album in April. However, there seems to be a war between two agencies (SM being the larger one, obviously) with Eunji and Tiffany's (SNSD- Girl's Generation) solo comebacks. I hope they both do well. Also, (once again the fangirl in me wants to annouce that) AKMU is also coming back. YAYYY (okay sorry..) 

LeeHi Comeback Songs

This is belated, but LeeHi has released her title tracks for her album 'Seoulite.' I think the production of the music videos are at a higher caliber compared to her other songs. ((personal opinion))HER VOICE IS SERIOUSLY AMAZING AND SHE'S SO CUTE OHMYGOSH
Also, many people have been saying that LeeHi has gone under the knife, but I just think that she lost a lot of weight. Look what happened to Katie Kim (KpopStar) . I'm just saying, it's possible for her to have a smaller face without going under the knife. . .

Seo In Guk's Comeback

Seo In Guk has comeback after a little over two years. Within the time span from his last song and his current comeback, he was in the drama, Hello Monster (I Remember You). Seo In Guk's new song, Seasons of the Heart, perfectly describes the current mood (of my life) and it fits perfectly with the music video. Seo In Guk is one of the underrated solo singers out there, but his voice is beautiful (just like his face-- sorry people who hate him/think he's ugly, I think he's kinda hot...) His voice seriously matches the ballads he sings and the stories he tells. It's amazing.. Listen to it below!!

AKMU Comeback

Just like an other YG artist, they always go through a long hiatus period. For AKMU, who has been on 'hiatus' for about a year now. Many fans have been wondering when the duo would return and it has finally been released. AKMU WILL BE COMING BACK IN APRIL. However, just like iKON and BIGBANG, there is a high chance (95%??) of their comeback being pushed back.
