They say there are two types of happiness. One is the kind of happiness that you only realize after the moment passes. The other is a happiness you feel at the very moment.

Variety Show Reviews!!

As I have mentioned in like 10 posts already, I am currently watching a lot of variety shows rather than korean dramas, so here is my reviews on particular shows!

Weekly Idol

- This show pertains to bringing idols in every week to showcase their talents. Typically, idols will appear in order to promote their new songs or to simply get their name out. However, this show casts more appeared groups (aka groups like SNSD or EXO.) It is quite rare to see rookie groups that aren't from big companies. (the reason is due to ratings, in order to keep the ratings high MBC needs to cast well known idols to keep the interest alive) Currently (as of 06.09.16) Jung Hyun Don is still on leave so the show isn't as funny as it has been....

Sister Slam Dunk

- This show has been known for recreating an "all girl casted variety program." It has definitely been awhile since a variety program has been fully casted with girls, so this is something new and nice. ((it's nice that girls finally have a time to shine... I see too much Yook JaeSuk on TV now)) The main theme of this show is to complete the 6 member's dreams... Though some dreams might be absurd, they accomplish it together and it has a deeper meaning.

Running Man

- I have high respects for this show because of how funny the cast is (without the guest.) However, I typically watch the show only if the guests are idols that I know of or.. the show might have ""no jam."" This show varies from each episode as there is a different theme each time. What I have grown fond of is the "name tag game."

Bromance (located on BigHitTV's youtube)

- This series changes it's cast every 3-4 episodes. What it consists of are two idols (actors/singers) and they go to places where they want to vacation. The two idols are those who are close friends which isn't typically seen on screen. What I really like about this program is to see a deeper insight on the idol. ((people are different when they are with different people, so you definitely never know)) This channel also casts idols in which are uprising or currently are popular.

We Got Married

- Here, actors/singers/models are casted to have a virtual marriage. They are shown for approximately 40 episodes though on screen 15-30 minutes a piece. There are typically three different couples in which are seen in different lights. Some may have a personal favorite couple whereas other couples aren't acknowledged. However, through this program, the public is able to see their idols in a different and new light. With this, bigger fan bases are built generating popularity. Many fans have hated this program because of the way it's edited, but from what I see, they're just mad that their idols are with another girl..

Invisible Youth

- Though it is a bit old, I do watch this program located on KBS's youtube. What I particularly like about this drama is that I finally get to see say SNSD and Miss A interact with each other... Which was actually really nice. I also like this program because most of the time, it brings in a lot of laughter. However, I also do watch the program retaining to whether one of the members of the G6-8 (set cast) as well as the guests.

Happy Together

- At times, this show can be either really funny or really questionable. This show invites guests depending on a set theme and the main focus is to talk about topics surrounding them. I typically watch this show a lot because KBS subs it and it plays late-ish at night so it's quite compatible with my schedule HAHA. It's pretty funny considering it includes Yook Jae Suk and Park Myeong Su.
